SIKUR signs the UX for Smart Life Home & Mobility Chair
On Thursday 18 March, IMREDD signed an agreement with SIKUR the Chair UX for Smart Life Home & Mobility. Hosted by UCA Foundation, The aim of the chair is to address the issues of mobility, intelligent housing and cyber security in the interaction of connected objects between Man and Machine and Machine and Machine.
A Security Design Lab - SDL will be set up at IMREDD, with the aim of ensuring the security of IoT devices at source, in the vast network of exchanges between IMREDD, SIKUR and their partners.
The SDL will enable connected object manufacturers, solution integrators, connectivity providers, telecoms operators and governments to test the security and management of their connected objects in a real, live environment, prior to market deployment and compliance with data regulations in each country.
The SDL will provide a real solution to the cybersecurity problems associated with mobility, autonomous vehicles, intelligent housing and, more broadly, the city and the governance of intelligent cities.
By developing applied research in artificial intelligence, advanced computing and quantum cybersecurity, France is planning practical solutions for all its partners around the world.
