IMREDD is a partner in PUMA-X, an innovative risk management project
The PUMA-X collaborative project was unveiled in the presence of Françoise Bruneteaux, Deputy Mayor of Cannes, Regional Councillor for the South of France and a supporter of the project from the outset, and David Lisnard, Mayor of Cannes and Chairman of the Cannes Lérins conurbation, the area hosting the first PUMA-X trial. A real technological breakthrough to better protect people from increasing risks.
Launch of the Serenity project
With its partners ONHYS, ATRISC, Inocess, SIRADEL and Videtics, IMREDD launched the Serenity project on 23 June at an event at Fort Ganteaume in Marseille. This innovative three-year project is a game-changer in terms of urban planning and the management of major events.
IMREDD hosts GreenMov Project's first plenary meeting
IMREDD was pleased to welcome its partners in the GreenMov project for two days of plenary meetings and workshops on May 24 and 25th.
Besides being the first time all consortium members met in person, it was also an opportunity to showcase some of the first results.

The IMREDD welcomes students from the Thierry Maulnier high school
This Tuesday, 24th May, IMREDD opened its doors to 30 students from Thierry Maulnier high school in Nice. Maintaining its spirit of openness, exchange, and mutual enrichment, the institute offered a comprehensive tour of its innovative building. An awareness session on plastic depollution and innovation in ideas was also presented through the EarthWake project.
IMREDD, a player in intelligent, sustainable mobility as part of the European GreenMov project
The aim of the project is to harmonise data models relating to the environment and mobility, and to develop green mobility services that can be applied to any European city.
Experimentation with the navigation of an autonomous shuttle in Cannes
As part of the World Artificial Intelligence Cannes Festival (WAICF), Côte d’Azur University, in partnership with the Cannes Town Hall and the Cannes Lérins Urban Community, is organising a trial of autonomous shuttle navigation around the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.
Urban noise survey
As part of the CoCoNNuts project, a public questionnaire is being launched to allow everyone to share their perception of the sound environment (sounds, noises, and even noise pollution in cities), particularly in relation to recent societal/economic changes imposed by the various lockdowns during the Covid-19 epidemic.
The IMREDD welcomes students from the Thierry Maulnier high school for a day on climate change
As part of the cross-border PITER ALPIMED CLIMA programme, IMREDD hosted around twenty pupils and teachers from Lycée Thierry Maulnier this morning for a themed day focusing on the challenges of global warming.
