As part of the national «Territoires d'industrie» programme, Université Côte d'Azur, in partnership with Côte d'Azur Industries Plaine du Var, the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area, the Banque des Territoires and the Sud Provence Côte d'Azur region, is conducting a study on the role of industry in the region. pre-configuration study and trial of an autonomous shuttle service on the Carros le Broc industrial estate. To this end, it is making available its newly-integrated autonomous vehicle as part of its «Smart City Innovation Center» collaborative technology platform.

A presentation on the project's progress was held on Friday 15 January at the IMREDD premises, along with a demonstration of the autonomous shuttle's navigation in the presence of its developer, the MILLA Group, and the project's partners.
