The Mediterranean Institute for Environmental Risk and Sustainable Development (IMREDD) at Université Côte d’Azur received one of three prestigious awards presented at the grand «La nuit de l’Immo» event, organised by CICA, on 18 September 2025.

IMREDD's work highlighted

IMREDD , through its Technology Platform made available to companies and its work on UX, Mobility and Water Chairs, which address future real estate challenges for the profession, was awarded the prize Innovative company and/or product in the real estate sector.
This award is presented annually to a company or a technical, energy, or environmental innovation that advances the real estate sector.

This recognition is a source of pride and reaffirms, once again, the university's crucial role in the development of the region.
