The IMREDD – Université Côte d’Azur took part in the 2nd edition of the IBT Côte d’Azur Fair, which was held on 15 October at the Allianz Riviera in Nice. An event bringing together professionals from the building and technology sectors. Roberta Pennucci, coordinator of the «User Experience for Smart Life – Home & Mobility» Chair, led the inaugural workshop, titled «Innovating together to build better.» Speakers, including Pierre-Olivier Fouqué (SACA), Jean-Pierre Giboire (SOGEPROM), and Pierre Mario (Fédération BTP AM FBTP), discussed innovations aimed at better responding to changes in lifestyles, as well as environmental and social imperatives in construction.

Ludovic Desvarennes, also representing IMREDD, presented the institute's technological capabilities, illustrating its commitment to housing that meets current needs. This event, organised by the CCI Nice Côte d’Azur, offered a space for concrete exchanges regarding the sector's challenges.
