Launched in June 2022, SERENITY incorporates a host of technological innovations in artificial intelligence (pedestrian and vehicle simulation), field data feedback (real-time, anonymous), flow analysis (precise multimodal routing and counting), and data representation (indicators and digital twin).
Lasting 3 years, this innovative project is defined as a platform designed by and for multiple players and uses. Its aim is to streamline interactions, speed up understanding of a situation, and increase the qualitý and efficiencý of the response. This decision-making tool sublimates human expertise by providing it with didactic analysis data and enabling it to project itself into the future.
Supported by Bpifrance and financed by the French government as part of the France 2030 recovery plan and by the European Union - Next Generation EU, the SERENITY project brings together a consortium of 6 partners - experts in data management and risk prevention: ONHYS, ATRISC, INOCESS, SIRADEL, VIDETICS and IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur.
In this project, IMREDD is involved in 2 main areas: I) Data collection and governance and II) The impact of the measures taken, following the application of SERENITY.
Today's experiment consists of a demonstration of the SERENITY tool, as well as a number of scenarios and use cases imagined around the town of Cannes.
