Event Recap: UX for Smart Life Chair Steering Committee
The second Steering Committee meeting of the UX for Smart Life Chair was held on Thursday 16 March.
Launched a year ago, the aim of the chair is to find answers to the ever-changing lifestyles and increasingly connected and intelligent environment. It creates, develops and experiments with technologies and uses for the home of the future and its immediate environment.
14 projects have already been launched as part of this Chair, focusing on 5 strategic areas for housing: Adaptable, Sustainable, Vigilant, Empathetic and Assistive.
Experimentation and observation are carried out in particular through the provision of a full-scale «Living Lab» in which the various applications and projects are deployed.
The purpose of today's meeting is to present the progress of the various projects and to identify the areas of work for the next 12 months.
