On 8 and 9 May, IMREDD will participate in the RIVIERA ELECTRIC CHALLENGE for the 4th year in a row. Organised on the sidelines of the EVER Monaco show, the 5th edition of the rally will start in the town of Cagnes-sur-Mer. The 30 teams will drive through Nice, Menton, Dolceacqua, San Remo and Ventimiglia, amongst other cities. Finally, they will cross the finish line at the Grimaldi Forum, in the Principality of Monaco. A trophy ceremony will be held at the end of the second day of competition.

Representatives of companies and local authorities who will take part in the event will all ride in electric cars. They will have to cover the various stages of the rally by consuming the minimum possible energy. The Riviera Electric Challenge includes the following three events:

– A questionnaire on sustainable development and history.

– An eco-driving test.

– A «surprise» trial in Italy.
