The IMREDD welcomed 100 firefighters from the SDIS06 (Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours des Alpes-Maritimes) on Thursday 8 July, as part of their seminar - Feedback on Storm Alex. As a reminder, this storm caused an exceptional Mediterranean episode, with the Alpes-Maritimes département being placed on red alert for rain and flooding on 2 October. The intervention of the fire service was therefore a crucial stage in the management and control of this natural disaster.
