L’IMREDD – Université Côte d’Azur a le plaisir d’accueillir l’équipe de réalisation du documentaire Grains of Change, un film issu du projet européen H2020 Green Deal ARSINOE, consacré à la création de résilience locale dans les territoires européens.
À travers l’exemple des chaînes de blé dur en Sardaigne, le film explore les défis et les innovations qui permettent de renforcer la résilience de l’agriculture et de l’alimentation dans un contexte d’économie mondialisée.
Le documentaire est présenté en anglais et en italien, avec sous-titres en anglais.

Through the example of durum wheat value chains in Sardinia, the film explores the challenges and innovations that strengthen the resilience of agriculture and food systems within a globalized economy.
The documentary is presented in English and Italian, with English subtitles.
