Tramway connected to its city
General goal
Design, test and imagine new features and services in the “City connected to its transport system” project agreement. The future lines T2 and T3 of tram will be “connected” which will make it possible to trace all the available data of the internal and external trains to the Data Center of the Metropolis.
Operational goals
Actions will focus on the following sub-projects:
- Maintenance support (analysis of the appropriation of new digital tools by the technicians)
- Quality of service (operating point of view of the tramway)
- Quality of service and more particularly indoor air quality (tram users’ point of view)
- Information for travelers (search for information dissemination means)
- Call for projects with startups to identify new services and incubation of selected projects
- Study of business models to commercialize new services
