The Research Group on Law, Economics and Management develops a multidisciplinary program whose general objective is the study of organizations and markets in knowledge and innovation-based economies, and their forms of coordination, interaction and regulation.
Research themes
– Changes in the organization of economic activities: impact of ICTs and globalization on agent interactions, routines and organizational skills; dynamic and knowledge-intensive industrial sectors; strategic and dynamic value of organizations ; management of skills and knowledge.
– Competitive and governance regulation of institutions: impact of innovation on competition and growth; governance of innovative companies; public-private partnerships; intellectual property ; sustainable development ; regulation of markets and changes in legal systems.
