General goal
A partnership that brings the world of business closer to the world of research to foster expertise and innovation in energy transition.
Operational goals
1) A feature in IMREDD’s Smart City Innovation Center to introduce visitors to the Energy Performance Monitoring Center (DESC). Designed, created and developed by Dalkia, it generates up to 40% savings for connected buildings.
2) The monitoring of the energy performance of the building currently hosting IMREDD (61-63 Avenue Simone Veil), to check for comfort and energy performance.
3) The recommendation of energy performance management solutions from the design phase of the future IMREDD site, in the Éco-Vallée de la Plaine du Var.
4) The completion of two studies on buildings’ energy modeling and behavior.
